Washingtonian Center, Washingtonian Waterfront and Rio Entertainment Center combine to create a 530,000 SF main street center plus 200,000 SF of entertainment uses. Washingtonian Center opened in 1998. This consists of retail, dining and services in a vibrant main street shopping environment. Merchants include Target, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Barnes and Noble, Ann Taylor Loft, Chicos and Lindt Chocolate in addition to many others.
